Wednesday, June 3 is students' last school day for the 2025-26 school year. It's an early out day with a 1:20 pm dismissal. Annual Verification is open for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. It is very important to complete this as it directly informs us for staffing, class sizes, schedules, and much more. The process takes about 30 minutes. Please log onto your Infinite Campus Parent Portal to complete. You can find that and other registration information on the CRCSD website. Thank you!

Athletics & Activities

The purpose of Harding’s leadership council is to:

  • Represent students and their ideas at Harding Middle School and in the Cedar Rapids community
  • Promote high standards of citizenship and study
  • Promote friendliness and cooperation between students and staff

The leadership council exists as a service organization that endeavors to serve and donate funds to worthy causes. In addition, the leadership council may make recommendations and suggestions to the principal and/or general staff.

Students who wish to serve on the leadership council are recommended by their teachers. The recommendations are reviewed, and representatives are selected based upon individual scholarship, work ethic, attendance, motivation, and ability to work with others.
